Make circle description readable

Description
When we click on a currency we haven't created, then the full text appears non formatted. It makes it almost impossible to read (try the WEsdom circle).
The text also fully appears in membrane currencies when we create a new intention. This makes it difficult to read too. There the text should be replaced by a baseline (see http://projects.thetransitioner.org/issues/show/289)
Also circle description and agreement text boxes are too small to write serious and complete texts. They should become much bigger. See also http://projects.thetransitioner.org/issues/show/282
