Description
At this present stage there is confusion between a circle name, a circle account name, a circle namer/matrice. This needs a clear ontology with clear processes.
WHEN CREATING/EDITING A CIRCLE:
- the name field should not accept any character chain that contains 'circle'
- whatever name is given, 'circle' will be added to it. For instance if I enter WEsdom, then the circle's name becomes WEsdom Circle
- the account name has '_circle_account' added to it. Example: wesdom_circle_account -- so we don't confuse the name of the circle, and the name of the login account.
WHEN LISTING CIRCLE ACCOUNTS:
Circle accounts are listed as users. Nothing shows any distinction in these lists, it's hard to differentiate them from individual users.
Proposal is:
- in whatever user's account pop up listbox, begin with circle accounts, then follow with users, place a separator between those 2 groups
- in list account page for admins, start with circles account names, then individual users. In the search box, place a filter or a set of checkboxes that allow to select circles, users, or both.
- in circle's member list, start with circle account names, then individual users.
IN THE ACCOUNT ADMIN:
- as said above, circles account names come first
- it's possible to edit them. Then fields first name + last name must not be filled with account name information. The field 'organization' (that doesn't exist yet - see http://projects.thetransitioner.org/issues/show/209) should have the account name and shouldn't be editable.
