Sign in pages should always have a sign up button

Description
In case a user clicks on "sign in", either by mistake or because he thinks he already has an account, then he loses the "sign up" link. In case he wants to sign up then he has to type in the whole home url again (demo.flowplace.org), which is not user friendly or convenient.
Therefore any sign in page should have a "sign up" link as well.
