Bios should be less "official", more authentic and from the I experience. But first they need to be translated in English as they are.

Eric, can you check the bios page? It's far from perfect now. Later we will want more authentic, less formal personal introductions. But for now we just need good English for official launch.

Ok. I edited all the items for english. Fernanda's still needs more work. It has one section that's not done.
